Reservations
Guests can reserve online, or contact the innkeeper at (845) 765-0251 or (917) 566-6103 between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm EST.
During weekend and holiday seasons we generally request a two-night minimum stay. One night stay may be available upon enquiry with innkeeper.
Children older than 12 years old are welcome.
Cancellations
Due to the intimate size of our property and nature of operating a small business, cancellations significantly impact our ability to rebook rooms. Therefore, all cancellations including those due to weather, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances are subject to the following policy.
Standard Reservations:
— Minimum of 15 days’ notice of cancellation — no charge;
— 10-15 days’ notice of cancellation — 60% charge;
— Less than 10 days’ notice of cancellation — 100% charge.
If the reservation is made within 15 days of arrival, the following apply:
— Minimum of 10 days’ notice of cancellation — no charge
— Minimum of 7-10 days’ notice of cancellation 60% charge;
— Less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation — 100% charge
For the block reservations for three or four rooms, the following apply:
— cancellation made 30 days prior to the arrival date — 50% charge;
— cancellation made between 30-15 days prior to the arrival date — 75% charge;
— Less than 15 days’ notice of cancellation — 100% charge.
Cancellation should be done by phone with confirmation from the innkeeper by email (chrystiehouse@gmail.com). $25 processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover credit card processing costs.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in time: between 3:00pm – 9:00pm.
If guest is arriving later than 9:00pm, please inform the innkeeper as soon as you can.
Check out deadline: 11:00am.
If the room is available, cost for extended stay is $20/hour until 6:00pm.
Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, American Express, Master and Visa cards.
Package Deals
The Chrystie House offers the following package deals:
— 4% discount for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights at the same room, or 6 nights at different rooms within 3 consecutive nights;
— 7.5% discount for a minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights at the same room, or 12 nights at different rooms within 4 consecutive nights;
— 10% discount for a minimum stay of 12 consecutive nights at the same room, or 24 nights at different rooms within 8 consecutive nights.
Other Policies
The Chrystie House is a non-smoking building. However the guests may smoke outside at the few patios around the house. We regret the Chrystie House does not accommodate any pet at this time. Children older than 12 years old are welcome.
